Understanding Your Data in Ask Eve AI

What Is a Data Constellation?

Every organisation holds a wealth of knowledge — about customers, products, processes, people, and more. Our Ask Eve AI platform, Evie, uses an internal Data Constellation to work with that information. It allows you to:

• Manually enter and manage your data
• Synchronise with your backend systems using our API
• Use AI Specialists to enrich and update your data seamlessly

Think of this Constellation as a map of the night sky. Each star represents a piece of business knowledge (a customer, a product, a contact), and the lines drawn between them represent meaningful connections (this person works at that company, this product was quoted to that lead). Together, they form recognisable patterns — your business domains — and the complete picture is your Data Constellation.

Your Data Constellation is unique to your organisation. It grows and evolves as your AI Specialists gather, enrich, and connect information on your behalf.

Data Domains

Within your Data Constellation, knowledge is organised into Data Domains. A Data Domain is a logical grouping of related business knowledge — a recognisable area of your operations.
