RAG Specialist

Overview

The Q&A RAG Specialist enables intelligent question-answering interactions using your organisation's specific information stored in Evie's Library. Whether supporting customers on your website or helping employees access internal knowledge, this specialist provides accurate, context-aware responses based on your documented information. We are providing this Specialist's configuration as an example as it is used throughout the Ask Eve AI platform, and its configuration options will (partially) return in lots of other Specialists.

General Configuration Options

These options are common to all Specialists.

• Internal Name: The identification of the specialist used for selection in the Ask Eve AI platform.
• Description: A brief description of the specialist's purpose and abilities.
• Active: Whether the specialist is currently active and available for use.
• Retrievers: The most important option. It defines which information stored in Evie's Library will be used to answer questions.
